Shipping & delivery
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This page explains how your digital files and printed products reach you, what to expect on timing and what to do if a delivery goes wrong.
Digital delivery
Your artwork is created after you pay. When it is ready, we email you a secure link to your order page, where you can download your high-resolution files. Most portraits are ready within an hour of payment. Busy periods or complex scenes can take longer.
If you cannot find the email:
- check your spam, junk or promotions folder, and search your inbox for "Pawzivra";
- make sure you are looking in the inbox for the email address you gave at checkout;
- visit our order lookup page and enter your email address and order number to receive a fresh link.
Download links stay valid for 30 days. Once you have your files, save them to your device or cloud storage so you always have a copy.
Printed products
Made to order
Art prints, framed prints, canvases and posters are made to order and shipped by our professional print partner. Where available, your item is produced at a facility in or near your region, which helps keep delivery times shorter and avoids most cross-border charges. Orders are held briefly before production starts, as explained in our cancellation policy.
Where we deliver
At present, we deliver printed products to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States only. Digital downloads are sent by email, so there is nothing to ship.
Shipping options and prices
The shipping options and prices for your order are shown at checkout before you pay, so you can see the full cost first. They depend on the product, size and delivery address.
Timeframes
Where an estimated production and delivery timeframe is available, we show it at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Production queues, courier delays, public holidays and bad weather can all add time. If you are ordering a gift for a particular date, please order well in advance. Our print options page has more about each product.
Tracking and order status
Your order page shows when your item has been dispatched. When our print partner provides tracking details, we email them to you. We can confirm dispatch, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date, because the courier controls the final stage of the journey.
Customs and import charges
When an item is produced in the country it is delivered to, it does not cross a border, so there are no import duties or customs fees. In rare cases, an item may need to be produced outside your country, for example if a particular product or size is not made locally. Where we know import fees may apply, we will show or explain them before you buy.
Getting the address right
Please check the recipient's name, address, postcode or ZIP code and phone number carefully before you pay. We pass these details to our print partner exactly as you enter them. If you spot a mistake, email hello@pawzivra.com straight away. We can usually correct an address only before the order goes into production.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and a replacement in that case may be charged.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver your parcel, they will usually leave a card or send a notice explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect it. If a parcel is returned because it could not be delivered, contact us and we will explain your options, which may include sending it again for an extra charge.
Damaged or lost items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, or your parcel seems to be lost, contact us with your order number. For damage, please send photos within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a reprint or refund as described in our refunds, revisions and cancellations policy.
